Who do Europeans joke about most?

This is a fun map showing which countries in Europe people make the most fun/jokes about. Obviously stuff like this is highly speculative and I just found the idea fun.

I made this map using the book and research by Roman Seignover, basing it primarily on this map as well as this article

There were 7 country pairs which made fun of each other the most:

• UK + Ireland
• Slovakia + Czech Republic
• Portugal + Spain
• Germany + Poland
• Ukraine + Russia
• Albania + Greece
• Norway + Sweden

In addition there were a number of bullied countries such as Belgium, Sweden, Germany and Bosnia What the author and myself found most bizarre were the jokes about Scotland in not only Hungary (where they were apparently more than any other country) but also Romania and other parts of the Balkans. If anyone from these areas can explain how this happened that would be great.

EDIT: I found no indication what country Belarus (or Cyprus/N. Africa) would joke about, I guessed perhaps Ukraine (like Russia)?
