The word "Sausage" in various European languages

Bezbojnicul:

Changed the color scheme from the original so as to group similar etymologies by color (it was way too chaotic):

• Yellow/Orange - Latin

• Green - Turkic

• Purple/Pink - Norse

• Grey...ish - Unknown

Also added more detail to Arabic (thanks /u/6Rib5DoSkW) plus some minor tweaks.
