Some remarks :
English is not there because it is too complicated to display on such a small map. Just think about oo, o, ue, u, etc...
Some other languages (like Spanish, Czech, Magyar, Lithuanian, or Italian) also use diacritics on the U. The ú only languages are languages where the simple U makes another sound than /u/.
Polish also uses ó to display the /u/ sound, for etymological reasons.
