The data for Ireland, Luxembourg and Norway has to be interpreted with caution, as hourly productivity is defined as the GDP for hour worked, so countries with high GDP fluctuations due to external causes (tax policies for Ireland and Luxembourg, oil prices for Norway) can have productivity data that do not reflect true growth.
