Russia will get East Prussia and Eastern Galicia. Congress Poland will be restored and enlarged with Silesia and Western Galicia.
France gets Alsace and Lorraine, with the possibility of also taking/occupying the Palatinate.
Dual Monarchy is abolished and Austrian Empire becomes a unitary state, returning to its pre-1867 status. Kingdom of Hungary returns to being a province of the Austrian Empire just much like Bohemia or Dalmatia.
Schleswig and Holstein return to Denmark.
Restoration of the independent Kingdom of Hanover in Germany.
Annexation of German territories to Belgium along the border (without specifying the exact future border, to be determined later).
Austria loses Bosnia, Herzegovina, Dalmatia and northern Albania to Serbia.
In exchange for neutrality, Bulgaria will receive part of Serbian Macedonia, and Greece will receive southern Albania.
Valona (Vlorë, a port in Albania) is given to Italy in exchange for neutrality.
German colonies will be divided between Great Britain, France and Japan.
Reparations will be paid by the Central Powers to the Allies. The amount was not disclosed and would have been decided later.
