Borders of post-WWII Poland hand-marked by Stalin

Eastern border of the new Poland was obvious to Stalin: Curzon line, suggested by his British frenemies 25 years earlier. Western Silesia on this preliminary draft was set to remain German, except for Klodzko district, which was to become Czech. This was reconsidered afterwards, probably to sweeten for the Poles their new communist pill.
